Pad Lex Construction LLC was founded in 2021 by Augusto Padilla to leverage his 15 plus years of building experience in Central Kentucky. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Augusto wanted to continue the Family’s legacy of 60 plus years of building in USA and developing great client relationships. The Company’s focus has primarily been multi-family, mixed-use and commercial projects throughout Lexington, Louisville and other Counties in Kentucky.
